Miniopolis is a premier custom home builder offering sustainable and energy efficient building materials such as ICF and 3D Concrete Printing. We build homes ranging from 500 sqft all the way up to 20,000 square ft. We offer 3 different floor plans for our tiny homes, and our mission is to build sustainable tiny homes on infill lots and developments all across Florida. We also build ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) Our models include a 500 Sqft 1 bed / 1 bath, a 600 Sqft 2/2 and a 750 Sqft 3/2.
