Housing Finance Authority of Lee County

The Housing Finance Authority of Lee County, Florida is a not-for-profit governmental agency charged with improving access to affordable housing in southwest Florida. We serve low, moderate or middle income home buyers by connecting qualified buyers to lenders with appropriate loans and providing downpayment assistance to first-time and non-first-time homebuyers in our service area. Program funds are first-come, first serve.
