The Villas of Port Charlotte is an affordable community where seniors 62+ and disabled people with mobility impairment can enjoy the carefree living they deserve. One- and two-bedroom apartments available. Residents have access to the amenities next door at Charlotte Towers, including a well stocked library, free access to Wi-Fi, and activities and events in the multipurpose room. Small pets are welcome, although they incur an extra deposit and there are restrictions. Income restrictions apply.
