CHS Florida: Independent & Transitional Living

CHS Florida’s transitional living and independent living programs open doors to help youth in foster care and young adults exiting foster care pursue meaningful, productive futures as they realize their full potential. Young adults who participate in transitional living will also receive safe, stable housing as they prepare for their future. With apartment-style facilities, you’ll share a kitchen, living area and dining room with other young adults in the program.
