FHA Resource Center

FHA mortgages are insured by the federal government via the Federal Housing Authority. They make it possible for lower-income Americans to borrow money to purchase a home, and require that the house must be owner-occupant for at least a year. If you have questions about FHA loans, down payment assistance, HUD homes or other FHA programs, this is the official government site to find answers.
