Emergency rent and utility financial assistance to prevent homelessness. Rapid re-housing for those experiencing homeless. Referrals are only accepted through the Coordinated Entry System that can be accessed by phone at 239-533-7996. Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA) for those diagnosed with HIV/AIDS at jeopardy of losing their housing or already homeless. Must complete online application.
