Marian Manor

Marian Manor offers 2-bedroom apartment homes (nonsmoking/pets under 30 lbs). This is affordable housing for individuals and families, and income restrictions apply. Section 8 also is accepted at this complex, which is owned by Catholic Charities. Programs offered to tenants include: a home ownership opportunity program, first-time home buyers seminars, health care screenings, financial counseling, literacy training and English as Second Language/ESOL. Three units are ADA-compliant.
As of Feb. 28, 2017, the wait list was 9-12 months.
