The one bedroom apartments have a screened porch or balcony and there is a laundry center on each floor. The lobby has a big screen TV and access to free Wi-Fi. A large multipurpose room with a prep kitchen and a well stocked library are available for the enjoyment of residents and their guests. Small pets are welcome, although they incur an extra deposit and there are restrictions. Income restrictions apply.
